Acuerdo de usuario de Blaze of Empires

Este acuerdo regula el uso de Blaze of Empires (el «Juego»), desarrollado por Kikiri Company («nosotros»), en todas sus plataformas. Al descargar, instalar o jugar aceptas este acuerdo, nuestros Términos de servicio y nuestra Política de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Juego.

1. Edad y cuenta

• Debes tener al menos 13 años para jugar. Si eres menor de edad en tu país, necesitas el permiso de tu madre, padre o tutor.
• Puedes jugar con una cuenta anónima ligada a tu dispositivo o iniciar sesión con Google Play Games o Steam. Si juegas con una cuenta anónima, puedes perder tu progreso al desinstalar el Juego o cambiar de dispositivo. Vincular tu cuenta lo evita.
• Eres responsable de lo que pase en tu cuenta. No vendas, compartas ni transfieras tu cuenta.

2. Juego limpio y conducta

Queremos que cada partida se decida por estrategia. Por eso no está permitido:

• Usar trampas, programas o bots que automaticen el juego, ni modificar el cliente o el tráfico de red.
• Aprovechar errores para obtener ventajas; si encuentras uno, repórtalo.
• Perder partidas a propósito, manipular la clasificación o jugar con la cuenta de otra persona.
• Acosar, amenazar o insultar a otros jugadores, ni publicar contenido ofensivo, discriminatorio, sexual, ilegal o spam en el chat, en nombres de jugador o en nombres y descripciones de clan.
• Hacerte pasar por miembros de Kikiri Company o por otros jugadores.

Si incumples estas reglas podemos, según la gravedad, avisarte, silenciar tu chat, cambiar tu nombre, reiniciar tu clasificación, retirar recompensas obtenidas de forma indebida, o suspender o cerrar tu cuenta.

3. Funciones en línea

• Las partidas clasificatorias, los clanes, el chat, los amigos, el cooperativo y la tienda necesitan conexión a internet. La campaña, el tutorial y el entrenamiento contra bots también se pueden jugar sin conexión.
• Otros jugadores pueden ver tu nombre, tu perfil, tus mensajes de chat, tu clan y las repeticiones de tus partidas, por ejemplo las partidas destacadas o las batallas de tu clan.
• Las clasificaciones, las ligas, las temporadas y el mapa de clanes pueden reiniciarse o cambiar.
• No garantizamos que los servidores estén siempre disponibles. Podemos interrumpirlos por mantenimiento, actualizaciones o causas ajenas.

4. Monedas y objetos virtuales

• El Juego usa monedas virtuales que se ganan jugando y que, en móvil, también se pueden comprar en paquetes.
• Las monedas, los objetos y las mejoras son una licencia limitada para usarlos dentro del Juego: no son de tu propiedad, no tienen valor fuera del Juego, no se pueden cambiar por dinero real y no se pueden transferir a otras cuentas.
• Podemos ajustar precios, recompensas y el equilibrio del Juego. Las monedas y los objetos pueden perderse si cerramos tu cuenta por incumplir este acuerdo.

5. Compras

• Las compras se hacen a través de la tienda de tu plataforma (Google Play o Steam), con el precio que muestra la tienda e impuestos incluidos según tu país.
• Los reembolsos se rigen por la política de esa tienda, sin perjuicio de los derechos que te reconozca la ley de tu país.
• Si una compra no te llega, escríbenos con el comprobante de la tienda.

6. Suscripción VIP

En Android puedes suscribirte a VIP, una suscripción mensual que ofrece:

• ×2 monedas en las recompensas de batallas y cofres.
• Una bonificación diaria de 3.000 monedas.
• Las recompensas de los vídeos al instante, sin ver anuncios.
• Corona y marco dorado en tu perfil.
• Cambiar tu nombre de jugador las veces que quieras.

Renovación y cancelación. La suscripción se cobra por adelantado a través de Google Play y se renueva automáticamente cada mes hasta que la canceles. Puedes cancelarla cuando quieras en Google Play → Pagos y suscripciones; seguirás teniendo VIP hasta el final del periodo ya pagado. Borrar el Juego o tu cuenta no cancela la suscripción. Los beneficios pueden cambiar; si un cambio te perjudica, te avisaremos antes de tu siguiente renovación y podrás cancelar. VIP no está disponible en PC.

7. Vídeos con recompensa

En móvil puedes ver vídeos publicitarios de forma voluntaria a cambio de recompensas. La recompensa se entrega al terminar el vídeo y tiene un límite diario. La disponibilidad de vídeos depende de los anunciantes y de tu elección de consentimiento, así que puede haber momentos sin vídeos. Los anuncios los ofrecen terceros; no somos responsables de su contenido.

8. Tu contenido

Tu nombre de jugador, los nombres y descripciones de clan, los mensajes de chat y los comentarios que envías siguen siendo tuyos. Nos das una licencia mundial, no exclusiva y gratuita para alojarlos, mostrarlos y usarlos en lo necesario para operar y mejorar el Juego. Podemos retirar contenido que incumpla este acuerdo.

9. Propiedad intelectual

El Juego y todo su contenido (código, arte, música, personajes, nombres y marcas) pertenecen a Kikiri Company o a sus licenciantes. Te damos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva, revocable y no transferible para jugarlo con fines no comerciales. Puedes hacer directos y publicar vídeos del Juego, también monetizados.

10. Cambios y fin del servicio

Podemos actualizar, cambiar o retirar contenido y funciones. Si decidimos cerrar el Juego o sus servicios en línea, lo anunciaremos con al menos 30 días de antelación. Salvo que la ley disponga otra cosa, las monedas y los objetos virtuales no son reembolsables.

11. Suspensión y cierre

Puedes dejar de jugar y pedir que borremos tu cuenta cuando quieras (ver la Política de privacidad). Podemos suspender o cerrar tu cuenta si incumples este acuerdo o si la ley nos lo exige.

12. Garantías y responsabilidad

El Juego se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no garantizamos que funcione sin errores ni interrupciones, y no somos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados de su uso. Nada en este acuerdo limita los derechos que la ley de protección al consumidor de tu país no permite limitar.

13. Ley aplicable

Este acuerdo se rige por las leyes de la República de Colombia, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia.

14. Cambios en este acuerdo

Podemos modificar este acuerdo. Publicaremos la nueva versión aquí con su fecha y, si el cambio es importante, te avisaremos en el Juego. Si sigues jugando después del cambio, aceptas la nueva versión.

Blaze of Empires User Agreement

This agreement governs your use of Blaze of Empires (the "Game"), developed by Kikiri Company ("we"), on all platforms. By downloading, installing or playing, you accept this agreement, our Terms of service and our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Game.

1. Age and account

• You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are a minor in your country, you need permission from your parent or legal guardian.
• You can play with an anonymous account tied to your device or sign in with Google Play Games or Steam. If you play with an anonymous account, you may lose your progress when you uninstall the Game or change devices. Linking your account prevents this.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account. Don't sell, share or transfer your account.

2. Fair play and conduct

We want every match to be decided by strategy. That's why the following are not allowed:

• Using cheats, programs or bots that automate the game, or modifying the client or network traffic.
• Exploiting bugs to gain an advantage; if you find one, report it.
• Losing matches on purpose, manipulating rankings or playing on someone else's account.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other players, or posting offensive, discriminatory, sexual, illegal or spam content in chat, player names, or clan names and descriptions.
• Impersonating Kikiri Company staff or other players.

If you break these rules we may, depending on severity, warn you, mute your chat, change your name, reset your ranking, remove improperly obtained rewards, or suspend or close your account.

3. Online features

• Ranked matches, clans, chat, friends, co-op and the shop require an internet connection. The campaign, the tutorial and training against bots can also be played offline.
• Other players can see your name, your profile, your chat messages, your clan and replays of your matches, for example featured matches or your clan's battles.
• Rankings, leagues, seasons and the clan map may be reset or changed.
• We don't guarantee that servers will always be available. We may interrupt them for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

4. Coins and virtual items

• The Game uses virtual coins that you earn by playing and that, on mobile, can also be bought in packs.
• Coins, items and upgrades are a limited license to use them inside the Game: you don't own them, they have no value outside the Game, they can't be exchanged for real money and they can't be transferred to other accounts.
• We may adjust prices, rewards and game balance. Coins and items may be lost if we close your account for breaking this agreement.

5. Purchases

• Purchases are made through your platform's store (Google Play or Steam), at the price shown by the store, with taxes included as applicable in your country.
• Refunds are governed by that store's policy, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of your country.
• If a purchase doesn't arrive, write to us with the store receipt.

6. VIP subscription

On Android you can subscribe to VIP, a monthly subscription that offers:

• ×2 coins on battle and chest rewards.
• A daily bonus of 3,000 coins.
• Video rewards instantly, without watching ads.
• A crown and golden frame on your profile.
• Changing your player name as often as you like.

Renewal and cancellation. The subscription is charged in advance through Google Play and renews automatically every month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; you will keep VIP until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the Game or your account does not cancel the subscription. Benefits may change; if a change is to your detriment, we will let you know before your next renewal and you can cancel. VIP is not available on PC.

7. Rewarded videos

On mobile you can choose to watch ad videos in exchange for rewards. The reward is given when the video ends and has a daily limit. Video availability depends on advertisers and on your consent choice, so there may be times with no videos. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Your content

Your player name, clan names and descriptions, chat messages and the feedback you send remain yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and use them as needed to operate and improve the Game. We may remove content that breaks this agreement.

9. Intellectual property

The Game and all its content (code, art, music, characters, names and trademarks) belong to Kikiri Company or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to play it for non-commercial purposes. You may stream and publish videos of the Game, including monetized ones.

10. Changes and end of service

We may update, change or remove content and features. If we decide to shut down the Game or its online services, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance. Unless the law provides otherwise, coins and virtual items are non-refundable.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy). We may suspend or close your account if you break this agreement or if the law requires it.

12. Warranties and liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that it will work without errors or interruptions, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that the consumer protection law of your country does not allow to be limited.

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

14. Changes to this agreement

We may modify this agreement. We will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, we will let you know in the Game. If you keep playing after the change, you accept the new version.
